在全球應對氣候變化和推動(dòng)可持續發(fā)展的背景下，可持續金融的重要性日益凸顯。澳大利亞和中國作為全球經(jīng)濟中的重要力量，在可持續金融方面擁有共同利益和巨大的合作潛力。本次會(huì )議將聚焦于可持續金融分類(lèi)標準、氣候相關(guān)金融信息披露、跨境投資等，激發(fā)對中澳合作的興趣與參與，促進(jìn)兩國在可持續金融領(lǐng)域的政策對話(huà)、經(jīng)驗交流與務(wù)實(shí)合作。

Join us for an expert panel discussion on Australia–China sustainable finance collaboration, exploring the theme: “Australia and China: Shared Interests and Opportunities for Sustainable Finance as a Vehicle for Growth” .

Supported by the National Foundation for Australia–China Relations (NFACR) and co-hosted by the University of Western Australia, the University of Queensland, the Australian National University, the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute (ASFI), and the International Institute of Green Finance (IIGF), this high-level session will explore critical topics such as sustainable finance taxonomies, climate-related financial disclosures, and cross-border investment.

王遙教授 ——博士生導師，中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)綠色金融國際研究院院長(cháng)，中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)雙碳與金融研究中心主任，財經(jīng)研究院、北京財經(jīng)研究基地研究員，中國金融學(xué)會(huì )綠色金融專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )副秘書(shū)長(cháng)，中國人民銀行參事室特約研究員，中國證券業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )綠色證券委員會(huì )專(zhuān)家顧問(wèn)，中國節能協(xié)會(huì )碳中和專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )副主任委員。劍橋大學(xué)可持續領(lǐng)導力研究院研究員，牛津大學(xué)史密斯企業(yè)與環(huán)境學(xué)院可持續金融項目咨詢(xún)委員會(huì )專(zhuān)家，盧森堡證券交易所咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)。聯(lián)合國開(kāi)發(fā)計劃署（UNDP）BIOFIN中國的首席技術(shù)顧問(wèn)，并曾擔任UNDP中國SDG影響投資研究與推廣的首席顧問(wèn)。研究領(lǐng)域為綠色經(jīng)濟、可持續金融、綠色金融和氣候金融。曾有近7年從事投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗。2019年獲《亞洲貨幣》年度中國卓越綠色金融大獎“杰出貢獻獎”。

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. Director General of the International Institute of Green Finance, Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE). Director of the Dual Carbon and Finance Research Center at CUFE - Beijing Bank. The Institute of Finance and Economics and the Beijing Finance Research Base, researcher. Professor Wang holds the position of Deputy Secretary-General at the Green Finance Committee of the China Finance Society and is an advisor to the Green Development Committee of the Securities Association of China. Her international affiliations include being a researcher at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, an expert on the Advisory Committee for the Sustainable Finance Programme at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford, and a consultant for the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Penny Sirault 女士 —— 澳大利亞財政部可持續金融處負責人。她負責推進(jìn)包括信息披露、分類(lèi)標準、標簽制度、過(guò)渡規劃指導和數據改進(jìn)等政策工具，以降低可持續活動(dòng)的投資壁壘，助力實(shí)現凈零目標。Penny 曾在退休金、保險、產(chǎn)業(yè)及能源政策等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域主導改革，并曾任全球能源效率中心（Energy Efficiency Hub）主席，領(lǐng)導多個(gè)提升澳大利亞家庭能源性能的國家項目。

Penny Sirault leads the Sustainable Finance Branch in the Australian Government’s Department of the Treasury. Leveraging private sector investment and creating interoperable frameworks is a key part of Australia’s pathway to net zero. Penny’s team leads implementation of a range of initiatives to reduce barriers to investment in sustainable activities, including disclosure, labelling, taxonomy, transition planning guidance and data improvements.

Purdie Bowden 女士 —— 澳大利亞可持續金融研究所（ASFI）政策與混合融資項目負責人，致力于通過(guò)金融體系釋放更多氣候與可持續相關(guān)投資。她擁有豐富的氣候金融與可持續金融政策經(jīng)驗，并在國內外氣候領(lǐng)域擁有廣泛人脈。曾擔任澳大利亞UNFCCC氣候金融談判首席代表，并參與設計澳大利亞政府的混合融資工具，具備公共與私營(yíng)部門(mén)之間的溝通與轉換能力。她曾在金杜律師事務(wù)所擔任能源資源律師，擁有文學(xué)學(xué)士、法學(xué)榮譽(yù)學(xué)士及環(huán)境碩士學(xué)位。

Purdie is an executive at ASFI leading the Policy and Blended Finance programs which work across the financial system to unlock more capital for climate and sustainability in Australia and the region. Purdie has extensive experience in climate finance and sustainable finance policy and programs and deep networks across the domestic and international climate ecosystem.

With a background as Australia’s lead climate finance negotiator in the UNFCCC, and experience designing and implementing blended finance vehicles for the Australian Government, Purdie brings a strong understanding of the international, regional and domestic policy environment on climate and sustainable finance and the ability to translate between public and private sectors.?

Purdie began her career as an energy resources lawyer at King and Wood Mallesons. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Hon), and Master of Environment.

陳沛昌先生 —— 香港品質(zhì)保證局（HKQAA）首席執行官。過(guò)去15年致力于推動(dòng)可持續發(fā)展與ESG相關(guān)的創(chuàng )新商業(yè)及技術(shù)項目。2016年，他帶領(lǐng)團隊開(kāi)發(fā)了本地區首個(gè)綠色金融認證體系，獲得金融市場(chǎng)的廣泛認可。陳先生是管理體系專(zhuān)業(yè)顧問(wèn)，擁有超過(guò)30年在質(zhì)量、資產(chǎn)管理、危機管理、ESG、氣候金融風(fēng)險和綠色可持續金融等方面的咨詢(xún)、審計與培訓經(jīng)驗，客戶(hù)涵蓋中國大陸、香港、菲律賓、馬來(lái)西亞和墨西哥的數百家本地及國際知名機構。

PC. Chan, the CEO of HKQAA. Over the past 15 years, he has been advocating various innovative business and technical projects to promote sustainability and ESG. In 2016, he led the HKQAA technical team to develop the first Green Finance Certification Scheme in the region which has been well received in the financial market.He is a professional consultant in management systems. In past three decades, he had accumulated extensive consulting, auditing and training experience in quality, asset management, crisis management, ESG, climate financial risk and green and sustainable finance. His professional experience covers several hundred local and multi-international leading organizations in Hong Kong, China Mainland, Philippines, Malaysia and Mexico. They include Huawei Technology, Canon, Seiko, Ricoh, Matsushita, Konica Minolta Hong Kong, Fuji Xerox Hong Kong, Prenetics, MTR Corporation, Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, China Mobile, China Telecom, The Hongkong Electric, CLP Power Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific Airways, Airport Authority and Hospital Authority of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Police, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Drainage Services Department and Department of Heath of Hong Kong SAR Government, etc.
